1. About Rewild and these Terms

1.1 Rewild Communications Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”, “Rewild”, “Rewild Mobile”) provides mobile SIM and Travel SIM services to customers in the United Kingdom and supported international destinations.

1.2 When you sign up, you enter a contract with Rewild Communications Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 16839349). Our registered office is at 167–169 Great Portland Street, Fifth Floor, London W1W 5PF.

1.3 You must be 18 years or older to open an account with us.

1.4 Your contract with us is made up of: (a) your Contract Summary; (b) your order information, including the plan, price and any Minimum Term shown at checkout; (c) the terms of any promotional offer or referral reward that applies to you, which are published on our website; (d) our Price List; and (e) these Terms. If there is a conflict between them, they take priority in that order.

1.5 You can view and download your Contract Summary at checkout before you place your order. Your contract starts when we confirm your order, and we will then email you a copy of your Contract Summary and these Terms.

2. Our rewilding commitment

2.1 Giving back to nature is at the heart of why Rewild exists. Our current commitment is to allocate 25% of our net profits after tax, in total, to rewilding, nature restoration and conservation organisations and projects. The 25% is shared across all the organisations and projects we support, not given to each one.

2.2 We choose which organisations and projects receive this contribution, and we may change them from time to time.

2.3 We will publish the amount given to these organisations and make this information available to our customers.

2.4 We will make public the rewilding organisations and partners we work with.

2.5 While giving back to nature is central to what we do, we may review and change this commitment from time to time, including the percentage allocated, how it is calculated, and the organisations, projects or causes supported. This may include changes following a sale or other change of control of Rewild, or a material change to our business model. If we make a material change, we will tell customers in writing before it takes effect and publish the change on our website. Any change will apply only from the date it takes effect, and clause 18.2 will apply.

3. Contacting us and managing your account

3.1 You can contact us by emailing support@rewildmobile.com, or by going to rewildmobile.com/support and starting a live chat or a WhatsApp conversation.

3.2 You can manage your account, SIMs, plans, add-ons and payments online through your Rewild Account at rewildmobile.com, or by downloading the Rewild Mobile app from the Apple App Store (iOS) or the Google Play Store (Android). Some features may be available in one channel before the other.

3.3 We will send notices about your service, bills and any changes to these Terms to the email address linked to your account, and we may also contact you by text or in the app. Please keep your contact details up to date.

3.4 If you need information in an accessible format, such as large print, or your circumstances mean you need extra support, please tell us. With your consent, we will record your needs and take them into account. You can also ask us to let a trusted person manage your account on your behalf. Our policy for customers who need extra support is available on our website.

4. Definitions

4.1 “Everyday SIM” means a Rewild Mobile UK SIM or eSIM for ongoing personal or business use in the UK, providing a UK phone number together with calls, texts and data.

4.2 “Travel SIM” means a data-only SIM or eSIM product for personal or business use abroad in supported destinations or regions selected during purchase. Travel SIMs do not include a UK phone number, calls or texts.

4.3 “Account Administrator” means the person who places the order and manages the account.

4.4 “Rewild Account” means your online account with us, which you can access through our website or the Rewild Mobile app for iOS and Android. References to the Rewild dashboard mean your Rewild Account.

4.5 “Contract Summary” means the summary of the key terms of your plan that we give you before you order, as required by Ofcom.

4.6 “Minimum Term” means the fixed 12-month or 24-month period of a plan, as set out in your Contract Summary.

4.7 “Early Termination Fee” means the fee described in clause 16.4.

4.8 “Price List” means our list of current charges, available on our website, including charges for services outside your plan allowance.

4.9 “Ofcom” means the Office of Communications, the UK communications regulator.

5. Your account

5.1 The person who places the order becomes the Account Administrator.

5.2 The Account Administrator may add, remove, assign or manage users and SIMs linked to the account.

5.3 Users assigned to a SIM may receive their own login and access to manage their individual SIM, settings and services where available.

5.4 The Account Administrator retains overall control of the account and may manage, suspend, reassign, activate or deactivate SIMs and user access linked to the account.

5.5 The Account Administrator is responsible for charges, activity and management actions carried out under the account by the Account Administrator and by linked users acting within the permissions the Account Administrator has given them.

5.6 Only the Account Administrator, or a linked user the Account Administrator has given purchasing permission to, may place orders on the account. This includes ordering new SIMs and eSIMs, changing or adding plans, purchasing add-ons and buying Travel SIM products. Linked users do not have purchasing permission unless the Account Administrator turns it on in the Rewild Account.

5.7 The Account Administrator is responsible for paying all orders and charges placed by the Account Administrator, or by a linked user acting within the purchasing permission the Account Administrator has given them. It is the Account Administrator’s responsibility to manage and monitor the permissions and access given to linked users.

5.8 Charges will not be cancelled, refunded or written off solely on the basis that an order was placed by a linked user who had been given permission to place it.

5.9 Keep your login details secure, and tell us straight away if you think someone has used your account without permission.

5.10 If a SIM, or a device with a Rewild SIM or eSIM in it, is lost or stolen, contact us straight away (see clause 3.1) so we can bar the SIM. You are responsible for charges made before you tell us, but not for charges made after. Your plan charges and any Minimum Term continue while the SIM is barred. Shipping charges apply to a replacement physical SIM (see clause 8.4).

6. Your plans and pricing

6.1 We offer:

  • 30-day rolling plans
  • 12-month plans
  • 24-month plans
  • Travel SIM products

6.2 Prices, promotions and plan availability may vary depending on where you signed up. Travel SIM prices, data allowances and validity periods vary by destination or region and by the package selected, and will be shown before you place your order.

6.3 The pricing and terms shown during sign-up, and in your Contract Summary, apply to your selected plan.

6.4 Our plans are available for both personal and business use. Unless we tell you otherwise before you order, business customers pay the same prices as personal customers. All prices include VAT at the current rate.

6.5 Charges for anything outside your plan allowance are set out in our Price List.

6.6 We may introduce other services in future, such as home broadband. Those services will be covered by separate service terms, which we will give you before you order. These Terms will apply to those services only where the separate terms say so.

7. Cooling-off rights

7.1 You have a 14-day cooling-off period starting the day after you place your order. If you ordered a physical SIM, the period ends 14 days after the day you receive it, if that is later.

7.2 If you activate your SIM or Travel SIM during that period, you expressly ask us to begin supplying the service immediately.

7.3 Activating your SIM does not remove your right to cancel. If you cancel an Everyday SIM plan after activation but within the cooling-off period, we will refund you pro rata, so you only pay for the service you have used up to the date you tell us you are cancelling. We work this out based on the number of days you had the service or the share of your data allowance you used, whichever is higher. We will refund the balance within 14 days, using your original payment method. Refunds of delivery charges are covered in clause 8.4.

7.4 If you cancel a Travel SIM within the cooling-off period before it becomes active in your destination, we will refund you in full. If you cancel after it has become active, you must pay for the service supplied, worked out in the same way as in clause 7.3, and we will refund the balance. You lose the right to cancel once a Travel SIM has expired or its data allowance has been used up.

7.5 To cancel, contact us before the cooling-off period ends by emailing support@rewildmobile.com, or by going to rewildmobile.com/support and starting a live chat or a WhatsApp conversation. You just need to tell us clearly that you want to cancel. You can use the model cancellation form in the Appendix to these Terms, but you do not have to.

7.6 No Early Termination Fee applies if you cancel within the cooling-off period.

7.7 Once the cooling-off period has ended, we do not refund charges you have already paid, except where the service is faulty or not as described, or where these Terms or the law say otherwise. A problem caused by your device or its settings is not a fault with our service (see clause 8.9). Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights.

8. Ordering, setup, activation and your device

8.1 Customers must complete setup through their Rewild Account.

8.2 The setup guide applies to both Everyday SIM and Travel SIM products.

8.3 Everyday SIM customers may choose between an eSIM or a physical SIM.

8.4 Delivery charges for physical SIMs are shown at checkout. If you cancel within the cooling-off period, we will refund the cost of our standard delivery option. If you chose a faster delivery option, we will not refund the extra amount you paid above the cost of standard delivery.

8.5 eSIM QR codes and installation details are available in your Rewild Account.

8.6 We send physical SIMs by Royal Mail. Royal Mail aims to deliver 1st class post within 1 to 2 working days and 2nd class post within 2 to 3 working days of dispatch. These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery is handled by Royal Mail and delays are outside our control, so we cannot give refunds or compensation just because a SIM takes longer to arrive than expected.

8.7 If your SIM has not arrived within 5 working days of dispatch for 1st class, or 7 working days for 2nd class, please tell us. We will send you a replacement free of charge or, if your device supports it, switch you to an eSIM so you can get connected straight away. If we cannot get a working SIM or eSIM to you within 30 days of your order, you can cancel and we will refund you in full.

8.8 You are responsible for making sure your device is unlocked and compatible with our service, including supporting eSIM if you choose an eSIM.

8.9 Our service is not faulty if a problem is caused by your device, its software or its settings, for example mobile data, roaming, APN or network selection settings being switched off or set incorrectly.

8.10 If you are having trouble with your service, please contact us (see clause 3.1) and one of our advisers will help you check your device settings. We may ask you to send us screenshots of your settings so we can find the cause. Please help us with these checks, as we can only investigate a possible network fault once settings problems have been ruled out.

8.11 If you want to move an eSIM to a different device, contact us (see clause 3.1) and we will provide a new QR code. Your eSIM on the old device will stop working once the new one is installed.

8.12 If you have a physical SIM, you can move it to a different compatible device by removing it and inserting it into the new device.

9. Everyday SIM services

9.1 Everyday SIM services are provided using one or more partner mobile networks. The network used for your plan will be shown before you order and in your Contract Summary. We may change the network arrangements for your plan where reasonably necessary, and clause 18.2 will apply.

9.2 Coverage, speeds and service quality may vary depending on your location, device, local environment and network conditions. Your Contract Summary includes an estimate of the maximum download and upload speeds you can expect.

9.3 You are responsible for checking expected network coverage before ordering.

9.4 Once an Everyday SIM has been activated, we do not normally give refunds just because coverage or signal quality in a particular area does not meet your expectations, as long as the service matches what we described. This does not affect your statutory rights.

9.5 If you cannot use your Everyday SIM service for more than 24 hours in a row because of a fault on our network or our network partner’s network, contact us and we will credit you a fair proportion of your monthly charge for the time affected. This does not apply to gaps in coverage, problems with your device, or events outside our reasonable control, and it does not affect your statutory rights.

10. Travel SIM services

10.1 Travel SIMs are data-only products. They do not include a UK phone number, calls or texts.

10.2 Travel SIMs are available in over 200 destinations and are intended for use only in the supported destination or region selected during purchase.

10.3 You can purchase, install and set up your Travel SIM before you travel. A Travel SIM only becomes active and begins working once you arrive in your selected destination.

10.4 Each Travel SIM has an expiry period. This period, and your start date, only begin once you arrive in your selected destination, not when you purchase or install the SIM.

10.5 You are responsible for selecting the correct destination or region.

10.6 Once a Travel SIM has been activated, refunds are not available solely because the incorrect destination or region was selected during purchase. This does not affect your statutory rights.

11. Roaming and fair use

11.1 You can use your Everyday SIM in the EU and other supported destinations for the daily roaming charge and other roaming rates set out in our Price List. Roaming is intended for periodic travel, such as holidays and short trips, not for permanent or mainly-abroad use.

11.2 Fair use limits apply to roaming, including a data cap on Unlimited plans, as set out in our Price List. If your usage suggests you are living abroad or mainly using your SIM abroad rather than in the UK, we may contact you, apply the additional charges set out in our Price List, or limit or suspend roaming.

11.3 For longer trips or heavier data use abroad, a Rewild Travel SIM is usually better value, and we would always point you there first.

11.4 When you first use your Everyday SIM abroad, we will send you a free text with information about roaming charges, any fair use limits and how to find out more.

11.5 Spending cap. To protect you from unexpected bills, we apply a £25 (including VAT) spending cap per monthly billing period to charges outside your plan allowance. This covers roaming charges, calls and texts to international numbers, calls and texts to premium rate numbers, and other charges outside your allowance. When the usage information reported to us reaches the cap, we will bar these services until your next billing period, unless you ask us to lift the cap. You can ask us to change or remove the cap at any time.

11.6 Usage information can reach us up to around 15 minutes after the usage happens, so your charges may go over £25 before the bar takes effect. You are responsible for charges made before the bar takes effect. Separately, we will never charge you more than £45 (including VAT) in a billing period for mobile data roaming outside your allowance unless you have asked us to let you continue, and we will tell you when you reach 80% and 100% of that £45 limit.

12. Payment and billing

12.1 Billing begins when you place your order unless otherwise stated.

12.2 Your first payment is taken when you place your order. If you sign up between the 1st and the 24th of a month, your first payment is the full monthly price and covers the rest of that month. If you sign up on or after the 25th, your first payment is a pro rata amount for the days left in that month, including the day you sign up, rounded to the nearest penny. For example, on a £15.25 a month plan, signing up on 27 September (4 of the month’s 30 days left) means a first payment of £2.03. If you sign up with a promotional offer, such as a free introductory period, the offer terms shown at sign-up apply instead.

12.3 After your first payment, we bill the full monthly price on the 1st of each month. For example, if you sign up on the 10th, you pay the full monthly price when you order and are billed again on the 1st. If you sign up on the 27th, you pay the pro rata amount when you order and are billed again on the 1st.

12.4 Your full monthly data allowance is available as soon as you activate, whatever date you sign up. That is why sign-ups before the 25th pay the full monthly price for their first month, and why bills are not otherwise pro-rated or refunded, except during the cooling-off period (see clause 7).

12.5 Your bills are available in your Rewild Account. If you think a charge is wrong, tell us as soon as possible. We will investigate and refund any amount charged in error.

12.6 If a payment fails, we will email and text you straight away and ask you to pay to avoid your service being suspended. If the balance is still unpaid the next day, we will suspend your service and tell you that we will end your contract if it is not paid within 48 hours. You can still call 999 and 112 while your service is suspended. We will send you a final warning before your service ends. If the balance is still unpaid after that, we will end your service and your contract (see clause 16.7). If you are struggling to pay or something has gone wrong with your payment, contact us straight away and we will pause these steps while we work it out with you.

12.7 If you ask your bank or card provider to reverse a payment to us (a chargeback), and the chargeback is withdrawn or finally decided in our favour because it was not justified, you must reimburse the dispute fee our payment provider actually charges us and does not refund, currently £25 per chargeback. We will explain the charge and give you a reasonable opportunity to challenge it before requiring payment. No fee will apply to a legitimate dispute or one decided in your favour, and nothing in this clause affects your statutory rights, including your right to raise a chargeback.

12.8 If a chargeback reverses a payment for services you have received, those charges become unpaid again and clause 12.6 applies.

12.9 If your service is ended because of unpaid charges, you remain liable for any outstanding balance on your account and for any Early Termination Fee (see clause 16.7).

13. Acceptable use

13.1 You must not use our services for anything unlawful or fraudulent, to send spam, nuisance, or bulk or automated calls or messages, to harass, threaten or abuse others, to resell our services without our written agreement, or in any way that harms our network or affects other customers.

13.2 If we reasonably believe your use breaches this section, we may restrict, suspend or end your service, and where necessary withdraw your number, having tried to contact you first where we can.

13.3 If you or your number appears on a recognised consumer protection or fraud prevention list, we may end your service and withdraw your number.

14. Service, network management, security and emergency calls

14.1 We work hard to keep your service running, but we cannot promise it will always be available everywhere. Coverage and speeds vary, and service may occasionally be interrupted.

14.2 We may suspend the service to carry out maintenance or upgrades, to deal with problems, or where required by law or our regulators. We will give you notice where we reasonably can, unless it is an emergency.

14.3 At times of high demand or congestion, we may manage traffic and adjust speeds to keep the network working for everyone. This may temporarily reduce your speeds but does not affect the privacy of your data. We do not block or slow down particular lawful content, apps or services except where the law allows.

14.4 We are not responsible for interruptions caused by events outside our reasonable control, but we will always try to keep any disruption to a minimum.

14.5 If we become aware of a security incident, threat or vulnerability affecting our network or your account, we may take reasonable steps to protect you and our network, such as temporarily barring your SIM, restricting services or asking you to verify your identity. Where we can, we will tell you what has happened and what you need to do.

14.6 You can call the emergency services free of charge on 999 or 112 from an Everyday SIM, subject to network coverage. If you call using WiFi Calling, your location may not be passed on automatically, so tell the operator where you are. If you are deaf, hard of hearing or speech-impaired, you can register for emergencySMS by texting “register” to 999.

14.7 Travel SIMs are data-only and do not support ordinary mobile calls, including emergency calls. If you use an internet calling app, emergency services may not be able to identify your location. Where possible, use an ordinary mobile network call and state your location clearly.

15. Price changes

15.1 No increases during your contract. If you are on a 12-month or 24-month plan, your monthly price will not increase during your Minimum Term unless required by law or regulation.

15.2 Annual increase on rolling plans. If you are on a 30-day rolling plan, including a plan that has moved to a 30-day rolling basis after its Minimum Term ended, your monthly price will increase each April by: £1.50 on 4GB plans; £2.00 on 10GB plans; and £3.00 on Unlimited plans. For any other plan, the April increase is shown in pounds and pence at checkout and in your Contract Summary. For example, a 4GB rolling plan that costs £12.50 a month will cost £14.00 a month from the first April increase and £15.50 a month from the April after that.

15.3 If you join on a 30-day rolling plan, your first increase will be in the first April after you join, unless you join in January, February or March, in which case your first increase will be in April of the following year. If you move onto a rolling plan when your Minimum Term ends, the April increase applies from the first April after your Minimum Term ends. If your Minimum Term ends in April, the increase applies from your first bill after it ends. Your price will never increase during your Minimum Term. We show the increase in pounds and pence at checkout, in your Contract Summary and in the notice we send before your Minimum Term ends (see clause 16.3). You can cancel a rolling plan at any time without charge (see clause 16.1).

15.4 Prices for add-ons, Travel SIM products, roaming services and charges outside your allowance may change from time to time. A new price for a Travel SIM or other one-off purchase applies only to purchases made after the new price takes effect.

15.5 If we change a price for an existing service, other than the annual increase in clause 15.2, and the change is not exclusively to your benefit, we will give you at least one month’s notice. You may then end the affected service without charge by telling us within one month of our notice. This does not affect your right to cancel a 30-day rolling plan at any time.

16. Leaving us and switching

16.1 You can cancel a 30-day rolling plan, or a plan whose Minimum Term has ended, at any time by contacting us (see clause 3.1). Your service will continue until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and no further payments will be taken.

16.2 Any Minimum Term, Early Termination Fee and what happens at the end of the Minimum Term are set out in your Contract Summary and order information. Any right to leave without charge under law or regulation will continue to apply.

16.3 Between 10 and 40 days before your Minimum Term ends, we will tell you that it is ending, what you will pay afterwards (including the annual increase in clause 15.2) and our best available deals. Unless you choose otherwise, your plan will then continue on a 30-day rolling basis. While you remain out of contract, we will also send you our best available deals once a year.

16.4 Early Termination Fee. If you cancel an Everyday SIM plan that has a Minimum Term, or transfer its number to another provider, before the Minimum Term ends, you must pay an Early Termination Fee of £5.00 for each whole or part month left in your Minimum Term, for each SIM cancelled. For example, if you cancel with 7 months of a 12-month plan left, the fee for that SIM is £35.00.

16.5 The Early Termination Fee is always less than the monthly charges you would otherwise pay for the rest of your Minimum Term. It is shown in your Contract Summary and at checkout before you order.

16.6 No Early Termination Fee applies: (a) to 30-day rolling plans or Travel SIM products; (b) if you cancel within the cooling-off period (see clause 7); (c) if you cancel during a free introductory period under a promotional offer; (d) once your Minimum Term has ended; (e) if we end your service under clause 16.12; or (f) where you have a right to leave without charge, for example following a price change or a change to these Terms that is not exclusively to your benefit (see clauses 15.5 and 18.2), or where law or Ofcom rules give you that right.

16.7 If we end your service before the end of your Minimum Term because you have not paid charges owed to us after we have given you notice (see clause 12.6), or because of a serious breach of these Terms (see clause 13), you remain liable for: (a) any outstanding balance on your account; and (b) the Early Termination Fee, calculated under clause 16.4 as if you had cancelled on the date your service ended.

16.8 We will send you a final bill showing any outstanding balance and Early Termination Fee, which is payable within 14 days. We may collect it using the payment method on your account. If it remains unpaid, we may pass the debt to a debt collection agency after giving you notice.

16.9 To move your number to another provider, text PAC to 65075 free of charge, or contact us (see clause 3.1). To leave without keeping your number, text STAC to 75075. We will tell you about any Early Termination Fee or outstanding balance when we send you your code. You will not be charged for any notice period after the date your switch completes.

16.10 If you ask us to fully close your account before a number transfer completes, any pending PAC or porting request may fail or be cancelled automatically. Unless you tell us you do not want to keep it, you can still transfer your number to another provider for at least one month after your service ends.

16.11 If your number transfer is delayed, or your service is interrupted during a transfer, because of something we did or failed to do, we will pay you compensation in line with Ofcom’s rules.

16.12 We may end your service by giving you at least 30 days’ notice, for example if we stop offering a plan or can no longer provide the service. No Early Termination Fee will apply, and we will refund any charges you have paid for the period after your service ends.

17. Our responsibility to you

17.1 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded under law.

17.2 If you are a consumer, these Terms do not affect your legal rights. Where our service or a product is faulty or not as described, you have rights under consumer law that stand alongside these Terms.

17.3 If you are a business customer, we are not liable for loss of profits, revenue, business, anticipated savings or reputation, or for any indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the charges you paid us in that period.

18. Changes to these Terms

18.1 We may change these Terms where reasonably necessary to comply with law or regulation, to reflect changes to our services, technology, networks or suppliers, to improve security or prevent misuse, or to reflect reasonable changes in our costs. This does not allow us to increase the monthly price of a 12-month or 24-month plan during its Minimum Term (see clause 15.1).

18.2 If we make a change to these Terms that is not exclusively to your benefit, we will give you at least one month’s notice. You may then end the affected service without charge by telling us within one month of our notice. This does not apply where the change is purely administrative with no negative effect on you, or directly required by law.

18.3 The latest Terms will be available on our website, but posting them online does not replace any individual notice required by law or regulation.

19. Transfer of this agreement

19.1 We may transfer this agreement, and our rights and obligations under it, to a purchaser of all or part of our business or to another company in our group. We will notify you of any transfer. It will not reduce your rights, and the new provider must take on our obligations under this agreement. The new provider may also use the rights these Terms give us, including the right to review and change the commitment in clause 2.5, subject to the same limits, notice requirements and the law.

19.2 You may not transfer this agreement to anyone else without our written agreement.

20. Complaints and dispute resolution

20.1 If you are unhappy with our service, please contact us (see clause 3.1). We will handle your complaint in line with our Complaints Code, which is available on our website and explains how we deal with complaints and how long it should take.

20.2 If we cannot resolve your complaint within six weeks, or if we issue a deadlock letter sooner, you may refer it free of charge to CISAS (the Communications and Internet Services Adjudication Scheme). Further details are available in our Complaints Code.

20.3 Using CISAS does not affect your right to take legal action.

21. Your personal data

21.1 We use your personal data to provide and manage your services, take payments, prevent fraud and meet our legal and regulatory obligations. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect your data and what rights you have, and is available on our website.

22. General

22.1 If a court decides that any part of these Terms is invalid or unenforceable, the rest of these Terms will continue to apply.

22.2 If we do not enforce any of our rights straight away, we can still enforce them later.

22.3 This agreement is between you and us. No one else has any right to enforce any of its terms.

23. Governing law

23.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and you can bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales.

23.2 If you are a consumer living in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring legal proceedings in the courts of your home country, and you keep the protection of any mandatory laws that apply there.
